Nationally Recognised Training

Do you want a promotion to a higher-level position?

Are you taking on managerial responsibilities?

Are you supervising other staff within your workplace?

A Nationally Recognised Diploma level qualification might be just what you need to take your career to the next level. With the Australian College of Pharmacy you can now complete a Diploma qualification in Management, Human Resources Management or Retail Management.

The College recognises that in the pharmacy environment you may be required to perform an array of tasks at supervisor or management level. For this reason we offer a large range of subject areas from which you can tailor a course to best match your individual needs. Our courses are delivered as self-paced distance education so you can study at a time and place that suits you.

We also offer a range of Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL) assessment approaches that enable you to gain recognition of your skills and knowledge regardless of how they were achieved. This may include formal or informal learning, work experience or general life experience. To gain RPL, you will demonstrate to your ACP assessor that you are currently competent against the units of competence in the qualification. The evidence to demonstrate this may include certificates, references from past and present employers, testimonials from senior colleagues, work samples, work diaries etc. Where RPL is granted you do not have to participate in further training and assessment for skills and knowledge that you already possess. You can apply for RPL for whole or part units within your qualification.

With a diploma from the Australian College of Pharmacy you can obtain the skills and knowledge required to be a successful manager or supervisor. You will learn to plan, carry out and evaluate the work of you and your team.

Each of our Diplomas are fully recognised under the Australian Qualification Framework as Nationally Recognised Training.
