Overview 

Designed to give an overview of allergic rhinitis including common sources, the impact of air pollution and climate change, and symptoms, severity and advice.

Learning Objectives

After completing this activity, pharmacists should be able to:

  1. discuss the most common sources of indoor and outdoor air pollution;
  2. describe the interaction between air pollution and climate change and its implications for allergic rhinitis;
  3. review symptoms, determine severity and provide advice on the management of allergic rhinitis.
