After completing this activity, pharmacists should be able to:

  2. Describe the factors that increase the risk of developing sunburn
  3. List other health conditions that may present similarly to sunburn
  4. Describe sunburn treatment options
  5. List the symptoms and presentation that would require referral of patients with sunburn to a doctor or hospital emergency department
