Designed to give an overview of the benefits of social media marketing, and how to appropriately include it as part of your pharmacies marketing strategy.

Learning Objectives

After completing this activity, pharmacists should be able to:

  1. Describe the importance of social media marketing in a blended marketing strategy.
  2. Explain how the 80/20 rule can be used to develop social media content
  3. Write a social media feedback policy for a community pharmacy.
