After completing this activity, pharmacists should be able to:
- distinguish between the restrictions of medicines and chemicals placed in Schedules 5, 6 and 7;
- identify common pharmacy items that are placed in Schedules 5, 6 and 7;
- recognise chemicals of security concern;
- recall safe handling, packaging and labelling requirements when called upon to decant or repackage a hazardous chemical or poison.
