Meet our National Secretariat

General Manager
Jenny Bergin  BPharm, MBA, GAICD, FACP

Jenny is the General Manager of the Australian College of Pharmacy. She has worked in many health care settings including hospital and community pharmacy. She managed the Guild’s Quality Care Pharmacy Program and gained experience in health promotion as Director, Community and Aged Care in Southern Tasmania and President of the Community Health Association in Tasmania.

Professional Development Pharmacist
Zaheeda Patel B Pharm, MACP, AACPA

Zaheeda is a professional development pharmacist at the Australian College of Pharmacy. She has a background in community pharmacy with more than 10 years’ experience in the industry. Zaheeda is an accredited pharmacist, and enjoys conducting HMRs. Zaheeda has a keen interest in ensuring continuing education is developed at a high standard and is relevant to pharmacists practising in all areas of the industry.

Hau Huynh Pharm D, MACP

Hau has a doctorate of pharmacy with 4 years of experience as a community pharmacist. Hau enjoys developing quality continuing education to help further the pharmacy profession at the College of Pharmacy.

Company Secretary/Manager Business Education

Peter Reeves Dip. App. Sci., MBA


Peter manages two roles for the College.  As Company Secretary, he is responsible for compliance with all statutory requirements and ensuring the College is a financially sustainable provider of pharmacist education.  His second role is the management of the College’s processes as a Registered Training Organisation.  He has the academic qualification and business experience to produce and deliver the accredited Leadership and Management education products.  Peter has more than 40 years’ experience in quality accreditation of community pharmacies, quality assurance, technical service and marketing practice in a wide range of industries and government departments.

Professional Development Officer 
Craig Dowdy BPharm (Mon-Wed)

Craig has been a pharmacist for over 30 years, working most of his career in the community pharmacy setting as both an owner and manager, practising in Adelaide, Darwin and Canberra.  He also has experience in hospital pharmacy and has worked as a pharmaceutical advisor in the PBS section of Medicare Australia.  He is enthusiastic about being involved in the production of interesting and relevant CPD activities suitable for pharmacists working in all areas of the profession.

Libby Meredyth (Tues-Fri)

Libbys previous experience in the hospitality industry and health care provided her with the sound knowledge of customer service relations and understanding of meeting people’s needs. She joined the College in 2016 to support members by managing membership records, invoicing and providing information and advice.
