Overview 

Designed to give an overview of the epidemiology of COVID-19 and the rationale of public health measures used to control its spread.

Learning Objectives

After completing this activity, pharmacists should be able to:

  1. outline key epidemiological concepts regarding SARS-CoV-2;
  2. outline the avenues of spread of SARS-CoV-2;
  3. outline the rationale of public health measures introduced to control COVID-19.
