Overview

This one-hour webinar is aimed at helping pharmacists and pharmacy staff to navigate the COVID-19 crisis, regardless of whether they are in an ‘official’ leadership role – in fact this content could be useful for anyone working within a team, in a customer-facing role.

Helen shared insights into the neuroscience behind our response to unprecedented uncertainty, and how to promote safe, effective, agile and innovative teams.

The webinar included frameworks for ethical decision making, complaints handling and creating team safety, together with some tips on self-care.

Helen has studied the impacts of trauma on the brain and researched the evidence-based approaches to promote recovery and develop resilience. She has used these insights to optimise psychological safety in the workplace and create high-performing health care teams.
