After completing this activity, pharmacists should be able to:

  1. Describe the recommended intake for toddlers from the five food groups as per the Australian Dietary Guidelines
  2. List the key micronutrients that assist in healthy growth and development and their functions within the body
  3. Outline the impact deficiencies in these micronutrients may have on health
