Gives an overview of the physiological roles and requirements of different minerals in the body and the effects of deficiency of different minerals on the body, and the treatment of mineral deficiencies with diet and supplements

After completing this activity, pharmacists should be able to:

  3. Discuss the effects of deficiency of different minerals on the body
