Designed to give an overview of the causes, symptoms, and diagnosis of cow's milk allergy, and the evidence supporting the use of infant formulas in affected infants

Learning Objectives

After completing this activity, pharmacists should be able to:

  1. Describe the causes, symptoms, and diagnosis of cow’s milk allergy in children
  2. Describe the evidence supporting the use of infant formulas in children with cow’s milk allergy
  3. Advise parents and carers on the appropriate use of infant formulas in children with cow’s milk allergy
