Learning Objectives

After completing this activity, pharmacists should be able to:

  1. Describe the value of a loyalty rewards program in the community pharmacy setting.
  2. Describe the steps to maximise customer life-time value and implement an effective loyalty program in a community pharmacy.
  3. Describe a tool to determine key customers that need to be communicated with and retained as a valuable pharmacy customer
