Designed to help pharmacists understand how customers perceive your pharmacy and how to maximise the potential for them to have a positive experience at your pharmacy

Learning Objectives

After completing this activity, pharmacists should be able to:

1. Describe the different influencers, both conscious and subconscious, of purchasing decisions.
2.Describe the role of emotion in purchasing decisions.
3.Determine if their pharmacy is actively and effectively considering the emotional motivators that affect the perception customers have of their pharmacy.
