Learning Objectives

After completing this activity, pharmacists should be able to:

  1. Describe the importance of business performance measurement in today’s community pharmacy environment
  2. List types of business performance measures which are important to monitor as part of developing and maintaining a viable community pharmacy business
  3. Describe the process of monitoring and reviewing key performance measures including the identification of remedial actions to be taken
