Learning Objectives

After completing this activity, pharmacists should be able to:

  1. discuss changes in the management of allergic rhinitis;
  2. recognise the symptoms of allergic rhinitis;
  3. explain that effective treatment for allergic rhinitis is an important part of asthma management;
  4. describe the link between allergic rhinitis, asthma and thunderstorm asthma;
  5. provide information about management options for allergic rhinitis.
